 For pre-owned watches, conditions are clearly mentioned on product pages.

If you ever have concerns about authenticity, contact us immediately.


4. Orders & Availability

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until confirmed by our team.

  • In rare cases, we may cancel/refund orders due to stock issues or incorrect pricing.

  • For high-value items, we may request identity verification to prevent fraud.


5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR.

  • Prices may vary based on market conditions, watch availability, or currency fluctuations.

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery (where applicable), or other secure gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • International shipping is available on request.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

  • Once shipped, responsibility for delays rests with the courier partner.

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate address details.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return/exchange policy varies for new and pre-owned watches due to authenticity and condition checks.

  • Watches can only be returned or exchanged within the specified time period (if applicable).

  • Watches must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Pre-owned watches are sold as-is, and returns may not apply unless there is a major undisclosed issue.

  • Pre-owned watches include seller warranty as mentioned on product pages.
